Data Collection: We collect card details and contact information solely for the purpose of transaction fulfillment. All data is encrypted during transit.
Data Security: We use industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store card PINs on our public servers after the transaction has been processed.
By using the Giftify Global portal, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You must be the legal owner of any assets submitted for exchange.
Transaction Finality: Once a card is submitted and verified, the transaction is final. Giftify Global is not responsible for cards that have been previously redeemed or balance-locked by the issuer.
Prohibited Activities: Use of this platform for money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Due to the nature of digital gift cards, once a transaction is completed and the asset is verified, we cannot offer refunds. If a transaction fails verification, the user will be notified via the support chat.
